The leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) youth wing in the Ekiti Local Government Area of Kwara State has formally endorsed Hon. Olawuyi Abdulraheem Ajuloopin for another term as the member representing the Ekiti/Oke-Ero/Isin/Irepodun Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.

In a statement issued by the APC youth coordinators in Ekiti Local Government Area, Comrade Adewumi Emmanuel and Busayo David, the youth leaders said the endorsement reflects the collective decision of APC youths across the 10 wards of the local government.

The youths, who said political momentum ahead of the 2027 general elections has gathered pace with the endorsement of the lawmaker, cited Hon. Ajuloopin’s performance, accessibility and constituency projects as the reasons behind their support.

According to the group, his representation has brought visible development to communities across the constituency through infrastructure, empowerment programmes, educational support and youth-focused initiatives.

They expressed confidence that another term would consolidate the gains already recorded and deliver more employment opportunities and people-oriented projects.

The APC youths also appealed to Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq to consider Ekiti Local Government Area for the office of Deputy Governor when the opportunity arises, describing the area as deserving of greater political inclusion.

The youths also reaffirmed their commitment to mobilising support for Hon. Ajuloopin and the APC ahead of future elections.

“In the same vein, we shall demonstrate our solidarity and support at a rally in a couple of days,” the statement read.
