The Director-General of BTO 4PBAT, Adesuyi Adojutelegan, has called on leaders and members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State to strengthen grassroots engagement ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Adojutelegan said sustained interaction with voters at the unit level would be crucial to the campaign for the re-election of President Bola Tinubu, urging party members to take the administration’s policies and programmes to residents across the state.

The Director-General made the call during the flag-off of the group’s unit-to-unit campaign in Ondo West Local Government Area of Ondo State.

The BTO 4PBAT director-general charged coordinators to embark on door-to-door mobilisation, engage residents on issues affecting them and explain the policies and programmes of the Tinubu administration.

He identified road infrastructure development and efforts to revive the economy as some of the administration’s achievements that members of the group should highlight during their engagement with voters.

Adojutelegan also urged APC members to extend their mobilisation efforts beyond the presidential campaign to include the party’s candidates for the National Assembly and the Ondo State House of Assembly.

He said a coordinated campaign across the different levels of government would help the party communicate its programmes and present its candidates to voters ahead of the elections.

The group’s director-general commended the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, for supporting its activities, describing his financial contributions as instrumental to sustaining the group’s operations and strengthening its structures across Ondo State.

He also praised the minister’s involvement in the party’s political activities ahead of the 2027 elections.

Adojutelegan urged eligible residents and APC members to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) and ensure they were ready to participate in the electoral process.

“Your PVC is your voting strength. Ensure you have it to guarantee your participation in the forthcoming elections,” he said.
