He expressed gratitude to God for using Otti at a time such as this for the benefit of future generations.

Anyaele lauded the governor for making inclusion of traditional marginalised groups such PWDs a priority in his government.

The statement read in part : “The disability community is witnessing participation and visibility in your government with special attention being paid around removing barriers that hinder equal opportunities.

“His Excellency’s birthday is a constant reminder that a better Abia State is possible and breaking barriers against persons with disabilities is not a rock science.

“I join other men and women of good around the world to continue to pray for your continued good health, long life, and more blessings.

“I also pray God to grant you divine insight, foresight, and ideas as you lead Abia State beyond 2027.”
